    Release of Liability:

    In consideration of my participation in this event, I hereby waive and release any and all liability, claims, actions, causes of action, losses, and damages against Compassionate Service Society, its officers, directors, volunteers and agents. I hereby assume all risks of participating in this event including travel to and from the activity.

    For Volunteers under age 18:

    I am the parent or legal guardian of the volunteer and understand and agree to the above Release of Liability.
    I agreee Release of Liability.
    As a volunteer, I agree to attend at least one required Training Session and the Event Orientation when announced.
