All the listed programs in the two days of the World Peace Gathering are open to all participants who are already vaccinated for Covid19 (at least 2 shots). Please kindly register to help us better plan and serve all.

Please note children 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Many Buddhist faith practitioners prefer wearing their grey of brown meditation set, this is not a requirement. Do consider dressing comfortably to actively participate in ceremonial bowing, moderate sitting for meditation and fair amount of walking.

Please kindly dress modestly and conservatively.

The Anaheim Convention Center is located right across from Disneyland. Ride Sharing and Ride Hailing are the most popular way to access the convention center.

The Convention Center is also well served by the local public transportation system.

In/Out fee parking is available at the convention center if you drive to the Convention Center.

There are 4 airports in the vicinity serving out of town participants:

John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA)  

Long Beach Airport, Long Beach (LGB)

Los Angeles International Airport, Los Angeles (LAX)

Ontario International Airport, Ontario (ONT)

There are numerous lodging options nearby the convention center. Please check out your favorite travel website/app to select your preferred lodging.

Lunch, Dinner and Snacks will be served daily during both days of the WPG at the convention center.

There are numerous vegan/vegetarian/veggie-option eateries of various cuisines in the vicinity of the convention center. Please check out them online on your map search. 

There is no cost to attend the WPG. Donations are greatly appreciated. We thank you in advance for your donations.

WPG is packed full of programs and activities for the whole two days. We hope that you will participate in all program from the Purication Ceremony all through the Mandala Grand Ceremony. Please refer to the daily schedule of events for more details.

The Temporary Home-Leaving Monk/Nun program offers participants an opportunity to experience and practice full fledged  monastic life. This is 10 days

retreat that starts on November 26th at the camp and concludes December 05th at Anaheim Convention Center. Please click the link below for full details of this program:

We have many chairs reserved for all that can’t sit on the floor.

We welcome all of you to attend even for half a day. Please try to arrange work to attend the Mandala Grand Ceremony, Sunday evening December 04, so together we will offer prayers for the deceased victims due to the pandemic.
